Front of House Crew
Welcoming, friendly and assertive crew to work with the excellent Front of House team to give a warm welcome and get campers into the festival quickly, efficiently and happily.
You're the very first face our campers will see and your friendly smiling face will set the tone for their festival weekend.
We need capable and confident crew with experience of dealing directly with the public. You will be unflappable and able to be smiley and friendly in any situation. As you'll be working alongside our site security you need to be willing to be assertive where necessary.
Each 4-hour shift can range from the crazily busy to the tumbleweed quiet and may finish as late as 10pm. You need to be able to leap into action and create a welcoming atmosphere whenever somebody arrives.
You'll need to be able to commit to complete 3 x 4-hour shifts over the course of the weekend, and be available to attend the full crew briefing on the evening of Thursday 25th July at 7.30pm.
