Artist Liaison - Social Activities
This is a key role at the Festival and we will need you on site from Thursday 2 August to attend the relevant briefings and meet with the Social Coordinators. You will be working with the contributors who will be providing workshops and various social activities throughout the weekend.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone resourceful, who feels very positive about glitter. You must also be friendly and approachable so you can interact with contributors, performers and campers. We think this role would especially suit someone who wants to gain experience in Events Management. We'll make sure you have a full induction and all the relevant policies and procedures for the festival. Are we looking for you?

What do we want you to do?

- Meet and greet contributors as they arrive at the festival alongside the Coordinators and be the first point of contact for any assistance they need.
- Be present at either the start OR the finish of an activity.
- Make sure that the contributors are hosted and supported (with setting up/packing down/moving furniture) throughout the weekend.
- Ensure that the workshops are running to time.
- Deal with any queries that arise from either the contributors or anyone attending the workshops.
