Hosting Crew

Outgoing, energetic and friendly people to support our Event Managers in making sure everyone is having a lovely time in a relaxed and safe environment.
Our Hosts are the ambassadors of the festival. Resolving any problems quickly and safely with the least amount of fuss will be your aim; we expect you to bring a smile to every occasion and calm reassurance to resolving any potential problems.
You'll get the dancing started at the main stage, tell everyone that a fantastic workshop is about to begin, pop some toilet rolls and nice smelling soap in the loo; start a water fight in the sun... You're a leading light who shows the way and shows people that they have permission to really enjoy themselves.
The role is not closely directed, so it’s important you feel confident to work independently and with the support of your Event Management team if needed.
You'll need to be able to commit to complete 3 x 4-hour shifts over the course of the weekend, and be available to attend the full crew briefing on the evening of Thursday 25th July at 7.30pm.
What we'll give you...
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Click on the button below and let us know a bit about yourself. We'll tell you more about the role and answer your questions. We look forward to hearing from you!
We ask that all crew stay on site to help with the derig until Monday afternoon. Even an hour of your time on Monday morning makes all the difference.
*We ask all our crew to pay a £50 deposit which will be returned in full, on completion of your shifts, after the festival finishes
